About Intelicargo

Built from the operation.
Not from the outside looking in.

A Puerto Rico-based logistics technology company focused on connecting the people, systems and processes behind the movement of cargo.

Operational experience.
A technology mindset.

Intelicargo’s perspective comes from working with maritime and logistics operations across Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and the United States. The goal is to help teams digitise the way cargo moves without losing sight of the realities on the ground.

That means starting with the customer, the cargo and the handoffs, and designing the technology to make those connections clearer.

The operating perspective

Understand. Connect. Improve.

  • Listen to the people doing the work.
  • Preserve information from one handoff to the next.
  • Connect operations, customer service and finance.
  • Keep approvals and accountability explicit.
  • Build a long-term working partnership.
What is Intelicargo?

A carrier operating system.

Intelicargo is a carrier operating system: one connected platform for quotes, ocean and ferry operations, vehicle handling, stowage, drayage dispatch, asset tracking, accounting and reporting. It is built by a Puerto Rico-based logistics technology company for ocean and ferry carriers, trucking fleets, forwarders, ports and passenger operators.

It is organised into Eleven modules that share one database, one set of permissions and one ledger, so a quote, a voyage, a delivery and an invoice are the same record seen from different desks. See the modules.

Who it is built for
  • Ocean & ferry carriers: Connect bookings, voyages, cargo handling and documentation from the first quote to the receiving pier.
  • Trucking & drayage: Connect the road leg to the shipment, customer, terminal and back office without another disconnected handoff.
  • Forwarders & NVOCCs: Bring shipment data, partners and customer documentation together across the transportation chain.
  • Ports & terminals: Give receiving, yard, vessel and gate teams a shared view of cargo identity, location and custody.
  • Passenger operators: Connect reservations, seat and deck inventory, boarding and passenger communication.
  • Air cargo & multimodal: Explore how a shared shipment record could span air, ocean and ground legs.
What we build

One platform,
eleven connected modules.

Each module covers a stage of a shipment’s life. Start with the one that matters most and add the rest when you are ready.

How we work with you is set out in our five-step approach: listen, map, configure, integrate, then train and optimize.

Your operation has enough moving parts.
Your technology shouldn’t add more.

Let’s map the workflow, find the friction and build the right connection.
